Glenn Wilson’s job is also his hobby: as an active investor, he experiences the gains and occasional pains of the investment journey alongside his clients.
Glenn draws on his 30 years’ experience in the financial markets to provide discretionary and non-discretionary portfolio management services to charities, trusts and high net worth individuals. He also helps overseas clients achieve New Zealand residency, through Investor Category investments.
Before joining Jarden in 2007, Glenn helped establish and was Head of ANZ Private Bank in Wellington. He has experience in a variety of other investment banking roles in New Zealand and the UK, including derivatives accounting, treasury risk management and investment management.
He is a former member of Jarden’s Investment Committee and holds a BBS from Massey University. Glenn is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Finance and Investment Professional being a member of the CA ANZ and INFINZ. He also chairs his local Chartered Accountants Financial Services Special Interest Group. Glenn is an avid supporter of the Hurricanes and Hawkes Bay Magpies rugby teams, and enjoys fly fishing on the lakes and rivers flowing into Taupo.
