Graham dos Santos advises on a diverse array of mergers and acquisitions, and equity capital market transactions. His specialities include financial institutions, retirement, industrials and technology.
Notable transactions include advising Stockland on the sale of its Australian retirement living business, advising Metlifecare on its takeover by EQT, undertaking capital raisings for Arvida, Oceania Healthcare and Radius Care and undertaking listings of Radius Care and Oceania Healthcare. In addition, Graham has advised Fidelity Life on the purchase of Westpac Life, National Australia Bank on the sale of BNZ Life, Commonwealth Bank of Australia on the sale of Sovereign and Aegis and Partners Life on equity capital raisings. Graham has also advised thl on their scrip for scrip merger with Apollo tourism and leisure (INFINZ 2023 M&A deal of the year) and EROAD on its IPO and capital raising for Steel & Tube.
Before joining Jarden in 2013, Graham worked in corporate finance at PwC specialising in mergers and acquisitions, business valuations and strategy.
He enjoys working across a wide range of deals and gaining insights into different businesses and industries.
Graham has a BE(Hons) and a BCom (Finance & Economics) from the University of Auckland, and is a CFA® Charterholder. In the weekends, he enjoys hiking and getting outdoors.
