Logan joined Jarden in 2016 and is a specialist commodities dealing, operating in cross commodities, Carbon, Electricity and Dairy. He works closely with numerous global institutional market participants, creating liquidity and negotiating outcomes.
His derivative product knowledge and quantitative reasoning enable him to formulate and recommend a range of strategies to his clients, including relative hedging, delta neutral structures, synthetic futures creation and volatility-based structures. He provides broking services, advisement, and constant trade execution to global speculators and proprietary traders, as well as servicing and supporting domestic producers, manufacturers, multinationals, and consultancy firms need for risk management solutions.
Logan maintains a comprehensive understanding of clients’ business priorities and associated risk management objectives to provide advice and structure risk management solutions successfully.
He has a BBS with a double major in finance, and valuation and property management from Massey University. Logan is a registered financial adviser, NZX Derivatives Advisor, and NZX DMA dealer. In his spare time, he enjoys reading, hiking and exercising.
