Investment Banking Internship

Curious about a career in investment banking?

Gain practical work experience alongside some of the best in the industry, with Jarden’s summer Internship Programme. This internship will provide you with world class training and hands-on experience in a rapidly growing investment bank, learning from some of the most experienced bankers in New Zealand.

Programme structure

Our internship programme, based in Auckland, runs for three months (full time), commencing late November 2024. You will kick off with induction and training, before launching into the programme’s work-component.

You will also be buddied-up with a first or second-year analyst to support you through the internship, and an associate or VP to act as your mentor. This structure is designed to provide ample access to support and feedback, and to help you build strong connections with your peers and the Jarden team.

Investment Bank Graduate Programme

Joining as a graduate will position you as an integral part of the team from day one. You will take responsibility and ownership for your work, solve real problems, and contribute meaningfully to the team.

As part of a leading trans-Tasman investment banking team, you’ll contribute to a range of high-calibre, complex corporate advisory projects and transactions across a range of sectors, for both local and international clients.

From day one, you’ll be on a permanent contract, working in a real role with real responsibilities.
